With over 20 years’ experience across both sales and lettings, Charlie brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the firm. His career has taken him through the West Sussex, London, Cotswolds and Worcestershire markets, where he worked with premium, national and high-end agencies. He later established and successfully ran his own firm for several years before taking a well-earned break from the property industry. During this sabbatical, he pursued flight training and built a successful chauffeuring business serving high-net-worth, high-profile and celebrity clients.
A challenging personal experience when buying and selling a home inspired Charlie to return to the local property market. Seeing first-hand how slow and stagnant the process had become, he was driven to reintroduce the pace, energy and customer focus that he believes clients deserve.
Charlie felt that Chartwell Noble offered a fresh, unique and unrivalled marketing platform, one capable of shaking up the sector and reinvigorating the local market.
Outside of work, Charlie is at home in the mountains! He recently summited Mount Kilimanjaro at nearly 6,000m and is now preparing to take on Mera Peak in the Himalayas, an ascent to around 6,500m, in the next 12 months, once again raising money for cancer research. He also enjoys skiing and continues to pursue his passion for general aviation in small aircraft.
He lives in a Bredon Hill village with his wife, 2 daughters and his labrador, Willow.
