What can I say! My property had been on the market for two years, two previous estate agents and we were in despair. Within a month of moving to Clemmie, she had secured a buyer. Better marketing, much better pictures and a total professionalism. What then followed was us being at the top of a long and very complicated chain. Throughout this part, Clemmie chased and did all that was in her power to get the sale over the line - for this we are truly grateful.

A note to express our absolute satisfaction with the service and care we experienced with Chartwell Noble. Not given to reviews, in our search for another home it’s probably just as well, but the experience with you guys has been exemplary. I telephoned your office on the morning of the 25th July, Saturday, expecting a recorded message but no, a real person answered !.. friendly, personable and altogether a delightful introduction to your company. Upon enquiring for a little more information on a property recently listed on your sales list I was directed to Nick Kendrick who was otherwise occupied but who would return my call, in the general course of events that would’ve been that, but no, Nick returned my call ! A more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy it’d be hard to find, answering all my questions went onto ask if we would be interested in a viewing..perhaps later that day, bearing in mind it was but 10-00am. Following a telephone call we arranged a meet at the property for 1-30pm. We coincided our arrival at the same time, Nick greeted us with a firm handshake and a friendly demeanour. Pretty soon in the viewing it became clear this wasn’t the property for us but nevertheless Nicks professionalism shone through, no cutting short the viewing, and always keeping the vendors interests as a priority whilst ascertaining what we were seeking. The follow through from CN,again very professional, and a lengthy chat with Nick both on the viewed property to ascertain our impressions and what we require in our new home. All in all a “Top Dollar” experience both with the people and company procedure , outstanding in all aspects, we sincerely hope to do business with you in the future. Albert & Julie..

We have recently completed on a purchase that was on the market with Vicky. She was fabulous in helping to achieve a very tight completions date! Always quick to respond to queries and speak to other agents and solicitors to manage the completion date. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thank you Vicky 😁
