Matt began his journey in Estate agency almost 10 years ago following a successful career in hospitality where had various roles ranging from a hotel porter all the way to leasing and managing Public Houses & Restaurants. Matt then decided to move careers and joined a well established local independent Estate Agency in his home town of Malvern. He steadily progressed from negotiator to valuer, reaching the level of territory manager, covering the whole of Worcestershire. Most recently he has worked for an independent rural Estate Agent and Auctioneers covering Herefordshire.
Matthew prides himself on ensuring that his clients have the best Customer Experience possible: "I have always been driven to provide the highest customer service as possible and am driven to deliver the highest level of service possible, which is what attracted me to join the team at Chartwell Noble, who provide all the opportunities to do so."
Matthew lives in Malvern with his wife Gaby and their 2 daughters Emma & Sofia.
