A retired member of RICS and a former RICS Registered Valuer, Ross brings a depth of valuation expertise that is rare in estate agency, with particular knowledge of specialist and historic properties. He remains one of the most experienced valuers of country, rural and high-end homes across the region, and clients rely on that judgement when the question is what a house should be worth to the right buyer.

He ensures that the brand, and it's agents, are able to put the client's needs at the centre of every move and measures success by whether the home they pictured becomes theirs.

Away from work, Ross lives in Worcester, with his wife, their daughter, and "the cat".
