Meet Vicky

Vicky Chatwin is Chartwell Noble's Partner Agent for the West Midlands. Based in Stourbridge, she brings nearly 30 years of estate agency experience and a client base built largely on repeat business and recommendation.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the estate agency business, she has developed a deep passion and expert knowledge within this field. Vicky's approach is empathetic and candid, and clients trust her because of it. Much of her business comes from people she has helped before, and from the friends and family they recommend her to. Her enthusiasm, combined with an unmatched understanding of the local market, sets her apart. 

She lives in Stourbridge with her husband, their two teenage children and the family dog. This personal connection to the community gives her a unique insight into local schools and amenities in a way that matters to families moving into the area.  

In her spare time, Vicky enjoys walking the dog, running the family taxi service to her children's many activities and sports fixtures, and belongs to a book club whose lively discussions are usually helped along by a glass or two of wine. Her local expertise and commitment to her clients make her the ideal partner in your home moving journey.
