a) Please confirm your best and final offer for the property - please attach your proof of funding and detail any lending if required. (Offers must be for a specific fixed amount - we would recommend that figure which isn’t a “round” number is used to help stop matching bids).

b) Please confirm your full name and address - and have attached two forms of ID and a relevant utility bill.

c) Please confirm your solicitors details and that they are instructed and exchange funds have been deposited with them

d) A buyers fee of 3% + VAT is to be payable to the agents upon acceptance of your offer. (A VAT invoice will be provided).

e) Buyers will be expected to exchange contracts within two working days and a 10% deposit placed through their solicitors and onto the sellers solicitors. Failure to do so will result in the buyers fee being lost and an alternative purchaser sought.
